Michael D. Bloem
I am an Associate Research Scientist on the Policy Research Team at The College Board. I am an applied microeconomist with research interests in the fields of education, labor, and public economics. My research to date studies the economics of education, mostly focusing on transitions from high school to college and from college into the labor market.
Prior to joining the College Board I earned a Ph.D. in Economics at Georgia State University, and a Master of Public Policy from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan.
